The Recalibration is a program of personal empowerment.

It provides you with clarity about who you are and where you fit in the world and in the Universe. 

Over the course of 3 sections of 3 chapters each, we travel together from the prevailing view of life, Fear in Action (FIA), to a new paradigm Love in Action (LIA), to which modern science is aligning.

The intent is to help you recalibrate from fear, anxiety and powerlessness to personal peace, opportunity and wellbeing. In other words, to help you live the life of your dreams.

The Recalibration consists of an introduction and 3 parts of 3 chapters each.

Introduction - Shining Star

Introduces STAR - the human development cycle; the way you See the world sets the stage for the way you Think and Act and the results you achieve. The ‘r” is for Reflect, the way you internalize those results which determines if you learn and grow as a result.

Part 1: A Tale of 2 paradigms

Chapter 1: I Can See Clearly Now

Chapter 1 traces the origins of the Fear in Action paradigm (the historical way of seeing life on earth) to it’s inevitable conclusion, which is just around the corner.

It then introduces a new paradigm, Love In Action, which opens new possibilities for  humanity, including peace on earth.

Chapter 2: Knockin’ On Heaven’s Door

Chapter 2 provides evidence of the veracity of LIA by building the experiences of those who have experienced a Near Death Experience. Often considered a new phenomenon, NDEs were known in biblical times but there now thousands recorded.

They are all different but have common characteristics, presented with the realizations that NDE’ers experience.

Chapter 3: Imagine 

Chapter 3 takes this further to help understand “God”, the Universe, You and what you are doing here, looked at from a LIA perspective rather that the way people operating from the FIA paradigm see things. The inevitable conclusion is that we are all “love in a body” whether we know, accept or reject it.

Part 2: Love In a Body

If we are “Love in a body” why is there so much hate in the world?. This section looks at the connection, or lack of it, between Universal Unconditional Love and how much we let it into our physical bodies. And what it means if we do and if we don’t. 

Chapter 4: Good Vibrations

Chapter 4 starts with emotion and goes to vibration. Our vibration is our point of consciousness, that changes many times during the day. Love, joy and appreciation are high vibrations, fear, invalidation and blame are low vibrations. (What’s the vibration of politics?). How do you raise your vibration?

Chapter 5: I see your body, baby

We take on a body for this lifetime. A body, the animal part of us, has certain needs. These needs can be met many ways depending that wonderful servant - the mind. The mind is the way that the non-physical “love” part of us is interpreted and integrated into the physical part of us. Or not. We explore. 

Chapter 6: Body and Soul

So how do you integrate the two? If you want to focus on the “love” side of you, there are places where you can withdraw to find “enlightenment”. If you are solely concerned with “physical” you are more likely to desire power over others, be narcissistic etc. But most of us just want a pleasant life, somewhere in the middle. Chapter 6 explores how to balance the two..

Part 3: Love in Action

If Love in a Body is a description  of what we really are; Love in Action is a metaphor for that pleasant, fulfilling life that most of us desire. This part looks at two aspects: Power and Love - the ability to get things done with love; and Love and Happiness - the ability to feel better and live better. Chapter 9 brings everything together.

Chapter 7: The Power of Love

In the Fear In Action paradigm, the definition of power is “getting things done by exerting influence over others”. Power over. It’s the fundamental driver of the traditional governance model. This chapter examines how power works in the Love in Action paradigm and how Power With leads to conscious creating and POW4all.

Chapter 8: Love and Happiness

How can you have a happy life when there is so much hate in the world? Previous chapters have partially answered that question, but here we turn our attention to deliberately creating, with love, what we want for ourselves and for the world. Intention, attraction, manifestation. And we introduce the Feel Better/Live Better matrix.

Chapter 9: Rise

Brings it all together. How moving from the Fear In Action Paradigm to the Love in Action starts you on a journey of a happier, more fulfilling life. How practicing a morning celebration can raise your vibration for the day. How random acts of love during the day can keep it high and how a bed-time practice and lead to personal peace, opportunity and wellbeing.

Food For Thought

Imagine the premise of The Recalibrtion is true, that you are Love in a Body inhabiting a physical body for 80+ years (and so is everybody else):

  1. Do you have an idea of why you came here? (Look at your parents for clues but trust your intuition). If so, how is it going?
  2. Next time you are in a coffee shop, look at other people. Do you naturally judge them, compare them to yourself or invalidate them in some way? (The politics vibration). Or do you accept them as other love in a body beings on a personal path (even if they are judging you).

One More Thing

The Recalibration is all about raising your vibration so that you allow living at a high vibration (feeling good) as your default state. Nobody does that all of the time. The trick is to recognize when you are not at a high vibration - when you are judging, blaming and invalidating others for how you feel - and being able to take yourself higher.

The irony is that you can't have one without the other. There has to be tension and resolution in a story. Tension is low vibration, resolution (the happpy ending) is a return to a higher vibration.

So it is with the story of your life. Owning your personal power is the ability to take yourself back to aa higher vibration whatever your circumstances.
