1. Launch at least 4 projects in 2025 - the GenR Rising project, The Rising Organization Global Launch, the POW Party launch and the first Impact Project, Reinvent America!
2. Become a co-owner of them all except the Impact Projects.

Wins

So if you join the Launch Team there are 3 dimensions of wins for you: Ownership, Learning and Personal Transformation.

1. Ownership

You co-own Reinvention Marketing and do at least 4 launches to 20+ million customers and projected revenue $125 million in 2025. Remember this is only available once.

You co-own GenR Rising which owns the infrastructure for long term systems reinvention. That infrastructure is a Reinvention As A Service Platform (to actually do it), a University (to teach others how to do it) and a Leadership Center. The Rising has projected revenue of $534 million in 2025.

And you are a Founding Member of the POW Party, the global and local political wing of GenR with the intention of leading the world to Peace, Opportunity and Wellbeing for all.

2. Learning

4 dimensions of learning

• Learn by Owning - you co-own three entities. If you want to be an entrepreneur, it's a low risk way of becoming one!
• Learn by Doing - you create at least four high profile, high dollar launches, That qualifies you as a launch expert. And learning how to co-own and co-manage two companies with over $600million in revenue in 2025 qualifies you as a startup expert.
• Learn with/from Others - being part of a global community of like-minded individuals teaches management and leadership skills without the need for hierarchy.
• Learn from Programs - the Launch Team comes with 5 courses at no extra cost:

1. The Recalibration - to free you from the current paradigm of Fear In Action to a new one, Love In Action.
2. Mobilizing Millions - an introductory program on movement marketing
3. The 5 Challenges of Business - whatever the business, success requires 5 Challenges to be met, You learn how to meet them.
